When blending a smoothie, you could put just about anything into the blender and call it "good". But lets not kid ourselves... Is it really good?
Tossing random ingredients may not always yield tasty results and it may not always contain the most nutritious ingredients that your body needs. So, to make sure you are getting both a truly healthy and tasty smoothie, try using this smoothie recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- Small handful of almonds
- 1/2 banana
- Small handful of cashews
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 Dropper Elite Recovery CBD Oil
Directions:
- Put all ingredients together and blend until smoothie.
